Wasili · Swahili for “arrival”

The platform behind
modern travel agencies.

A complete, white-label travel business in one platform — your branded booking site, your back office, your corporate portal. Your name on all of it.

The problem

Most agencies run on four tools
that don’t talk to each other.

01

WhatsApp

Where the real enquiries live — and where they get buried by lunchtime.

02

Spreadsheets

The “CRM”. One file, one owner, no history, and no way to hand over.

03

A brochure website

Beautiful, static, and completely disconnected from the business behind it.

04

Manual payments

EFT proof-of-payment screenshots, chased by hand, reconciled by memory.

The result is always the same: leads leak, nobody can answer “where is that booking?”, and the owner is the single point of failure for the entire operation.
Why it stays broken

Until now you had two options.
Both of them bad.

Option A

A template website

  • Cheap and quick to put up
  • Looks fine, sells nothing
  • No CRM, no bookings, no payments
  • You are still running the business out of a spreadsheet
versus
Option B

Enterprise travel software

  • Six figures, six months, a consultant on retainer
  • Built for corporates with 500 travellers
  • Their brand and their login screen, not yours
  • You rent a seat in someone else’s system
The third option

Your brand.
Our platform.
Live in days.

Wasili is one platform running many agencies. You get the whole system — website, CRM, corporate portal, payments — dressed entirely in your brand, on your domain, for a monthly fee instead of a capital project.

What you get

Three layers, one system.

Every layer shares the same data. A lead captured on the website is the same record your team works in the CRM, and the same booking your client pays for.

Layer 1

The storefront

A cinematic public website in your colours: hero, service categories, package pages, enquiry forms and WhatsApp hand-off. Built to convert, not just to look good.

Layer 2

The back office

Your operations console: leads pipeline, clients, packages, itineraries, users, and reporting. Every enquiry tracked from first touch to paid.

Layer 3

The corporate portal

A separate branded portal for your business clients — travel policy, approvals, quote options and a full audit trail. This is what wins corporate accounts.

Layer 1 · Live right now

The storefront.

aurora.wasili.app
Aurora Travel — branded storefront built on Wasili
  • Motion-led hero — headline, imagery and animated colour wash drawn from your own brand palette.
  • Your service categories — you define them. Leisure, corporate, lifestyle, concierge, or whatever you actually sell.
  • Enquiry capture built in — every form lands in your CRM instantly, with the package and travel dates attached.
  • WhatsApp hand-off — one tap opens a chat pre-filled with the trip they were looking at.
This is a real screenshot of a real tenant running on the platform today — not a mockup.
The white-label engine

Same platform. Different agency.
Nobody can tell.

aurora.wasili.app
Aurora Travel storefront
Aurora Travel — their palette, their name, their categories
meridian.wasili.app
Meridian Journeys storefront
Meridian Journeys — same code, same minute, a different company
Both sites are the same running system. Colours, logo, wording, contact details and service categories all come from your record in the database — so your site is configured, never “custom built”. That is why you go live in days.
Layer 2 · Live right now

The back office.

aurora.wasili.app/admin
Wasili admin console — leads pipeline
  • Leads pipeline — every enquiry with status, owner, follow-up date, quoted value and won/lost reason.
  • Clients — one record per traveller, with their full enquiry and booking history attached.
  • Packages — build and publish trips with pricing, itineraries, galleries and inclusions.
  • Your team — staff accounts with owner / admin / operator roles, deactivated instantly when someone leaves.
  • Reporting — pipeline value, conversion and revenue across every part of the business.
Layer 3 · The differentiator

The corporate portal.
This is how you win companies.

Leisure travel is transactional. Corporate contracts are recurring revenue — but companies will only sign if you can enforce their travel policy and give finance an audit trail. Wasili gives you that on day one.

Step 01

Traveller requests

Their staff submit a trip through a portal in their company’s branding.

Step 02

You send options

You load two or three priced options — flights, hotel, transfers — against the request.

Step 03

Policy & approval

Spend caps and approval thresholds are enforced automatically; the manager approves or rejects.

Step 04

Pay & ticket

Approved trips go to payment, then ticketing — every step written to an audit log.

Payments

Your clients pay you.
Not us.

  • Your own merchant account. Payments settle directly into your PayFast account. We never hold, touch, or route your money.
  • Card and instant EFT on the website checkout and on corporate bookings after approval.
  • Automatic reconciliation — a paid booking flips status by itself and triggers the confirmation email with the itinerary attached.
  • Credentials encrypted at rest with AES-256, per agency. Nobody at Wasili can read your keys.

South Africa Live

PayFast, running today. Card, instant EFT and recurring — into your account, in rands.

International On the roadmap

Stripe support is architected and wired into the platform; the connection work is scheduled for the next release for agencies selling outside South Africa.

Security

Many agencies, one platform.
Zero overlap.

The obvious question about shared software is the right one to ask: can another agency ever see my clients? Here is exactly how that is prevented.

Layer 1

Your own front door

Your domain identifies your agency. A login issued on your site simply does not work anywhere else on the platform.

Layer 2

Every request scoped

Each record is stamped with your agency. Every read and write is filtered to you — there is no query in the system that can return another agency’s data.

Layer 3

The database itself

The database enforces the same rule independently, and defaults to showing nothing if the agency is not established. A bug cannot open the door.

Tested, not assumed: we verified that two agencies using the same email address get separate accounts, that neither can see the other’s leads or packages, and that a session stolen from one and replayed at the other is rejected.
Where the product actually is

This is built.
Not a prototype.

Getting started

Live in days, not months.

Day 1

We create your agency

Your space on the platform is provisioned in under a minute — your subdomain, your admin login, your service categories, ready to configure.

Day 2–3

We dress it in your brand

Logo, colours, contact details, wording and imagery. You approve it on a live link, not in a PDF.

Day 4–5

Your content and your team

We load your packages and destinations, connect your payment account, create staff logins and walk your team through the console.

What we need from you: your logo and brand colours, your package content and photos, your payment account details, and one person who can approve copy.
Investment

One monthly fee. No capital project.

Storefront
R — / month

Set-up is a once-off R — covering branding, content loading and training. No lock-in beyond the initial term; your data is exportable at any time.
Why this model works for you

You get enterprise software
on an agency budget.

01

The cost is shared

You are not funding a bespoke build. Every agency on the platform shares the engineering, which is why this costs a monthly fee instead of a six-figure project.

02

You improve without paying again

Every feature we build for the platform arrives in your system automatically. You get better software every month at the same price.

03

It stays yours

Your brand, your domain, your clients, your merchant account, your data — exportable whenever you ask. We run the software; you own the business.

Next step

Let’s put your brand
on it this week.

Send us your logo and brand colours and we will stand up a live, working version of your agency — your name, your palette, your categories — and send you the link. No cost, no commitment. Then you decide.
